Neven is the coolest host ever! He organized our airport pickup and showed us around the jaw-dropping apartment. The mind-blowing location is perfect with easy access to shops and promenade. The room had every super amenity you can think of, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Neven even left us a welcome drink! The off-site car park and paid airport shuttle were extremely convenient. The air conditioning kept us cool during the sizzling summer. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver. Plus, there was no smoking or pets allowed, which was awesome. Can't wait to come back!

The apartment, though small, was clean and had everything we needed. The cozy balcony was a lovely addition, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. the owner was incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, with everything I needed within a 5-minute walk, including the beach, supermarkets, and attractions. the apartment itself was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a washing machine. the communication was easy, and the host even provided coffee, wine, and other essentials upon arrival.

The bed was a bit squeaky, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had the entire apartment to myself, with free public parking nearby. The location was great- close to the bus and train station, ferry port, and Diocletian's Palace. The apartment was well-equipped and even had a sun terrace.

Oh, how I loved sharing the apartment space with someone else! It was such a delight having to compromise and share my private space.

Close to all transport hubs, so handy if you're lost like me. Free parking – bring your own car or just admire ours. I had the whole place to myself, perfect for pretending I'm a rich recluse.

Oh, and let's not forget the charming ironing board taking center stage in the room. Quite the design statement.

When previous guests didn't properly check out, Neven took immediate action by changing the locks to ensure the safety of the guests. He even provided me with a toolkit for any unexpected needs. the room was spotlessly clean and cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, yet the area was peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend Calendula Rubic for a self-catering stay in Split.
